Refund & Returns Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Return period: Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery (if unused and in original packaging) for a full refund, replacement, or store credit.

  • Defective or non-functional items: Damaged-on-delivery (DOA) or manufacturing defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Acceptable evidence (photos or videos) must accompany the request.

  • Disposable or consumable items: These are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns, unless defective and reported promptly.

2. Condition Requirements

  • Returns require items to be unused, unopened, and in original condition with all accessories included.

  • Cosmetic defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Tampering or attempts to repair void eligibility.

3. Fee Structure & Shipping

  • Restocking fee: A modest 15% fee may apply to accepted returns (unless cancelled before shipping).

  • Shipping costs:

    • For refunds, return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility.

    • For exchanges or credit, return labels may be issued at the seller’s discretion.

4. Documentation & Process

  • Required information: To initiate a return, include your order number, proof of purchase, reason for return, and any visual evidence for defects.

  • Reporting timeframe: Defects must be reported promptly—typically within 2 to 5 days of delivery.

5. Warranty Claims

  • Defects under warranty may be handled without physical returns, using documented proof or serial verification.

  • The warranty term corresponds with product documentation; follow standard procedures for such claims.

6. Final Sale & Clearance Items

  • Items on final promotion—especially consumables, coils, and e-liquids once opened—are non-returnable.

  • If returned, only store credit may be offered, not replacement.
