Shipping Process

1. Order Processing

  • Orders received Monday through Friday are generally processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer if there’s a notable delay, customers will be notified via email or phone.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery

  • Once processed, orders are dispatched via trusted courier services. Customers receive a tracking number by email shortly after their items ship. Tracking typically updates within the first 24 hours.

  • Delivery times vary based on the selected method and destination. For domestic orders, normal service can range from a few days to over a week, depending on the provider and tier. (Feel free to tailor this with your specific carriers and transit times.)

3. Delivery Destinations & Restrictions

  • Currently, deliveries are limited to addresses within the United States and its territories. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes are not supported.

4. Handling Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Although every effort is made to ensure safe and timely delivery, the courier handles items in transit. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim. Please retain all packaging and damaged items for documentation.

5. Order Updates & Communication

  • If there are any unexpected delays whether in processing or delivery you will receive an update via email or phone. In the meantime, sit tight; once your order ships, tracking information will be automatically shared.
